update section
Hi, I have been asked to do a site for someone who does garage service's and on one page he wants a for sale section that he can update easily now i havent a clue how to do that is the some software or something to be able to give him a side where he can update or does that have to be written by me???? |

Check www.opensourcecms.com for free, open source, PHP/MySQL based CMSes. Most come with installation instructions. Not exactly "plug-n-play", but they're generally easy to set up. |

I favour http://modxcms.com at the mo. It's also got a nice bit of functionality that allows the user to edit a page from the front end, so you can create the site and then give your client the ability to edit only the content of the 'for sale' page. |
