Probably A Simple Solution?

Is there anyway to have a pop-up box on your website which shows the content of another website and displaying but cropping off their company logos etc?

So basically you are using a page from someone elses website but hidding who they are.

Why would you want to do that?

Google snap for the preview jobby, but I'm not sure that you can achieve what you're after.

use an iframe and get permission - or you'll be violating copyright.

My client is basically wants to use some of his suppliers website content - he's already got full permission to do this - but obviously doesn't want to show customers who his supplier is.

But only showing a certain selection of a given webpage would be almost impossible anyway wouldn't it?

If your client wants to copy the content from his supplier's site, he won't be able to hide who his supplier is. Even if you hide the branding.

The supplier just has a regular page for each product, with their company banner along the top of the page.

If I used a pop-up, would it be possible to cut off say the top 150 pixels of the site it's displaying?
