I've noticed a little problem lately..

When I design for web I set my colors in Photoshop as "websafe" as possible. In this case they should be 100%. But now when Im coding and are ready to save the graphic for the actual site I notice a huge loss of density and color.

Can someone tell me why the navbar is another tone of grey in the browser, and how to get it right? The colors in photoshop should be ok (242424/333333).

I tested and its no different from PNG 8, PNG 24 or GIF. I saved for web.

why do pictures appear lighter than in PS?
