High Resolution Screen Shots
Hi All, So I have been doing all the research I can and I have not found anything to do with high resolution screenshots. Does anyone have any concrete way to create these without having to re-create the screenshots in photoshop, Is there a certain software out there or something? Also I have seen where people said they set a camera up infront of there screen and they got it that way. Has anyone ever tried this or knows if it works? Thanks |

the answer is NO. one way around the problem is to recreate the image in vector (if you have to recreate it - you might as well do in vector, as it is the mose flexible format). it's a pain but not impossible. just time consuming. another (lazy) way to vectorise it is to run it through flash: and trace the bitmap with the highest settings. What are you trying to achieve, because what you are asking makes no sense. The screenshot will be the resolution of your desktop, set your desktop resolution higher and you get a larger image. If its too small for you, blow it up in photoshop. you can't magically create more detail in what is essentially a raster output. unconsolidated isoparms

I wouldn't go so far as clear, it can work wonders on making quite good quality images usable for large format, it struggles with 72 dpi small images as there's simply not enough information to extract from. It really depends what your source image is you want enlarging. If it's a screen shot of a website there's nothing wrong with showing it in all its pixel glory. |
