I am trying my hardest to figure out how to link to a specific part of the page. For example i want to be able to type in http://www.What-The-Dog.com/story16

and then it will go all the way down the page to story #16 on my front page what-the-Dog.com

any help would be huge

the fact that it still shares the <a> tag is confusing for beginners.
