can you tell me how to make that efect with illustrator-on the foto
at the backgraound where are like little dots-how is call that efect and could u tell me how to apply it,please?

looks like a color halftone. you can do it in photoshop under Filter > Pixilate.

yeah, use the filter in illustrator, same as photoshoppe
