Anyone know of any good places to get some decent free (do the last to words actually come in the same sentence ever?) photoshop filters?

why?

Any self respecting designer doesnt need filters to achieve any photoshop effect.

no but people that just like messing around and having a look whats our there, trying new things, aquiring some new effects - whats so wrong with that!

The only plugin I use is an optional one hidden on the photoshop install CD - not sure why it isn't installed as standard anymore (it used to be) - called Pattern Maker. Handy for grids.
