AHA - that image did not display before, sorry. I only saw the site that the second post links to, hence the comment and the confused look upon not noticing the area in the red box.

you'd better use tweakUI. It's a microsoft windows powertoys tool. i.e. it's developed by M$ and unlocks lots of features in Win. This one amongst others.
But it's really small and 100% no spy/adware.
I mainly use it to change the default "My Music"/"My Pictures" -folders to folders on other harddrives.

They've got a nice "open command window in this folder" hack at those powertoys too.

check the bar on the right for all those tools.
