Hi everybody, I need your help. I have created a form for my site. how do i configure the return form which is sent to my email. I have this problem like it doesnt give any spacing

example:

form results being emailed to me looks like this

what+is+your+hobby+ (remarks, the +sign is an example, it just doesn't show the spacing. What do i need to key in the html script in order for the return to be like....what is your hobby

I take it that you created that in Dreamweaver.

Choose the "Multipart Form Data" option from the Encryption Type dropmenu.
Also make sure that you name all the fields to avoid confusing yourself.
