I am very new to web design. I have managed to build and get 3 websites live for me this is a major achievement.

Now I may have a someone that wants me to do I site for them.

My questions

Who is a good/cheap host that does a shop cart that is easy to use? In australia

If the site has been built by another company how do you take it over? The person (friend) does not know who the hosting is through.

Does the site have to be re-built from scratch?

I only have experience in Dreamweaver if it was created with a different programme will it work with dreamweaver?

Thank you so much this is a bit of a break for me and a very steep learning curve but I think its the only way I am going to learn. You have to do something for the first time at least once LOL.
