Hi guys, this is my first post

I'm a new web designer and have designed a template using CSS. It works great in firefox but lacks some detail in IE. You can view the template here.
The problems i have in IE are:

1. padding in the top of the content area
2. the <li> section doesn't seem to have a margin in IE

if anybody could help me to fix these errors i would be greatful!
