Advice on idea

I am handing over a webpage I designed for a restaurant over to a not so capable employee of that restaurant to make updates and changes to it (daily specials, events, etc...) I'm having a sit down with them this week to show they how to do it. What I am wondering is if I can leave notes within the script to guide them. Will this affect the stability of the coding at all? Or is it perfectly safe to do?

i think you really need a cms with a wysiwyg editor and fixed stylesheets - this way they wont be able to bugger up the layout

Leaving notes is fine, but yeah, this sounds like a job for a CMS

Hi,

CMS would be the best option, maybe use PHP, Mysql, fck Editor combination.

If you want a quick fix the adobe contribute may do the job but it costs money...
