Okay, here is the deal. I designed the template for my site on a mac so I made it perfect in Safari. However, it is impossible for me to make a perfect template with internet explorer. The site I am making has a tabbed css navigation. There is a black background on the tabs with a white border. For some stupid reason, the tabs are missing the white border on the top. I've moved the tabs around and changed the sizes but no luck there. Take a look at this: http://shaunfowler.com/sitecompare.gif
