Adding a bleed in photoshop?

How do I add a bleed in photoshop?

My printer wants me to create a 3mm bleed on a flyer that I've just done.

I'm guessin illustrator has a nifty button... does photoshop?

Image > Canvas size > set document + 6mm height & width = 3mm bleed area.
Then, stop using PS to set printed documents.

If you have enough image to bleed already, create an Illustrator, or InDesign file at the trim size, then place the file on the page extending over the trim lines by your 3mm.
