iframe help needed

I'm using two templates I found for free on the net, but I don't know how to get the links on the page to open in an iframe. While I have knowledge of HTML, I haven't used it in a number of years, and haven't found a good tutorial explaining them.

The sites are: http://sanctorum.negative0.net/KinOfStonehoof/ and http://sanctorum.negative0.net/Temp1/Temp5/template007/

What I want is to have the links open up in the section where the bits about the (unhelpful) readme and credits are. All I manage to do is get them to open in a new window.

if you want to have them in an iframe, you just type <iframe src="here you type the url"></iframe> Is that what you mean?

No...I took another look at the templates and it appears that they're using tables. The readme said that they were using iframes, but I think the readme is wrong. You can see the templates from the URLs in the first post, and it's fairly obvious where the links on the template should be opening, but I just can't seem to get it to work.
