If I want to have a site where you pick from a series of thumbnail images (for rating purposes), is it possible to have them placed into a different frame when they are selected (but still on the same page)? ie. basically, you'll see them twice on the same page.

I've looking into using AJAX, but would much prefer something alittle simpler.

Can anyone think of web sites where they might have seen this done?

thanks pgo... those are great, but I was hoping for something that I could select and remove.

Here's an AJAX example of a 'shopping cart' where this ability is available. I don't care for the fancy 'drag/drop' feature (unless it's easy to set up).

or if I could... I'm hoping to have the ability to have the images cumulatively displayed when selected. (The java example shown replaced the image with the one selected.)
