Hi - I need to make a navigation bar for the top of every page on my site and I would like it if it would freeze on the top of the page even as you scroll down - is there anyway to do this without using frames? And if not, how do I make it look seamless while using frames? (Note: I am designing a site using Dreamweaver MX on a Mac). Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
