Dreamweaver 8 RE-FLOW!!

Why is it that when I'm adding an image to my page, it BLOWS my alignment way out of wack and I spend another 10 minutes re-sizing all the cells back into their original position?

See the link below - I'm still having issues.

Is there another software package that is easier to use?

http://www.eastsideautoservice.ca/index.html

thanks in advance

Figure ill be the first to tell you before the hoards come, DONT USE TABLES, im no programmer but from i can derive the images you trying to put in those tables are bigger than the table you setup tp begin with so when you add the image to that table, it messes up the other tables. Id say ditch the tables and use something else (css) I dont really know what im talking about the extent of my programming knowledge is frames and tables

HTML and CSS aren't really programming, by the way.

You're relying on "Design View" obviously, which is the first mistake (and what intrinzik said). Your second mistake is that you're not optimizing your images properly. They look bad and full of artifacts.

I'm not going to wade through the tag soup generated by Dreamweaver. Don't try to take the easy way out - learn the languages. Dreamweaver's a good tool - I use it at work, but like any tool, it's only as good as the person using it.

First test, validate the HTML against the W3C validator - 40 errors.

Yeah, quality advice, step one is to stop using tables and start learning CSS. Once you are over the initial learning curve things like this will be so much easier.*

make the tables the same size/bigger than the image you want inside them before putting them in.
