Its incredibly easy to skin, as long as you know what you are doing in the first place when it comes to webdesign BUT - just check out its horrific code output, and try showing your client how to manage new content. I think in the future they are looking to streamline its content structure and incorporate tableless design. I think in a couple of years it will be worth looking at. |

You don't need to know PHP at all, just where to drop in the tags that insert the code, and a few variables if you want areas to not show up when they are empty. You can get all of that quickly by studying 2 or 3 existing templates. |
