Hi all,

I send out lots of emails which have graphics, animated gifs, banners etc and I usually create a standalone HTML page with all the text and graphics and then copy the HTML into outlook express 'source' view and send the email, however I have been given an SWF file by a client to place in a new marketing email to be sent out and everything is fine in DW but when i paste the code into outlook express and preview i get an error message which reads:

Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may niot display correctly

I am able to send the email but the SWF does not render upon receipt in any email client

Anybody any ideas how a SWF file can be incorporated and sent in an email ??

email is bad enough already without people sending swfs!

it was nothing extreme - just a small bit of animation, 28KB or so
