Looking for some nice or innovative design of the page titles and numbers in brochures/books - urls or whatever, cheers.

I am looking for the same thing, there is a lot of website inspirational sites out there, but not many for print.

Try looking for the "Graphic Designers Cook Book". It has a bunch of intro's and folio (page number) applications.
