java applet always over the page ?

can we just make the java applet at the back ? kinda indexing below the flash applet ?

example : http://www.usjobpost.com/test/

it always gets ovcer somehow.. layer indexing doesnt work actually..

waiting urgent help..

Perhaps lose some of the special effects and go for something more compliant and not so '1996'. That would kill two birds with one stone; the layering problem, and the horrific design.

the design is not my problem actually because I did not design that page.(horrible yes
I just wanted to give an example for the question to be understood easier..
