I have a PDF document and I would like to add some text to this PDF file,HOW COULD I WRITE TEXT IN ADOBE ACROBATE PROFESIONAL?

if the text isn't fully embedded then you should just go onto the tool bar "Click on the T" ikon then click on the text... simple as that!
