Hi lads,

I'm after a bit of inspiration in order of creating a really nice fresh design for a local Estate Agents.

They want everything re-done, logo, branding the lot. They've left it all directions down to me, so I need to come up with something a bit good!

They are nice Oli.

Sites for inspiration don't have to be actual estate agents... any sites that would work I suppose... just after a bit of fresh inspiration. The design I've been working on is too cluttered.

I'm hoping to create a nice friendly layout, fresh clean looking, bit of flash integration in header.
