I have a dynamic website that i have no ftp access for and want to burn it to CD. Anyone any decent tools for the job - anything i have come across doesn't know how to parse the dynamic urls.

Have you tried HTTrack?
http://www.httrack.com/

I'm not sure it works with dynamic links, though
