Image compression?
What is the best format to save your pics for web as? The only one that I find doesnt loose any quality when on the web are PNGs - but these are pretty big (see my current website). Is it JPEG all the way? How do you get them looking good quality? As always - thanks Stevo |

My basic rules of thumb are: JPEG for detailed images with lots of color variation. GIF for flat images. <- I use these most of all. They're very, very small. PNG for transparency (not good for detailed/colorful images)...when IE supports it... |
