So, i did a poster and i just got an email that the date was changed and tehy wanted to add more info. I really dont knwo how to handle it or where to put it.

You have a spelling mistake on Wednesday - currently "Wendesday" on the bottom film strip...

..... agree second is best

Also check your spelling in your posts. I know we all do it, but some of your posts are quite hard to understand.
