Any ideas from you guys?

Hi guys, I'm going to be finishing off this layout for a website later tonight....I've got a base to work from, but before I brainstorm with any cool ideas I can think of, I thought I would ask the kings... Any cool ideas to enhance this layout? Something unique maybe...

EDIT: Updated: http://www.4toscore.co.uk/website/layout1.1.jpg

Cheers guys.

Don't like the way it swoops past his arse. It would work a lot better as a concept if the swoosh coincided with the sweep of a players boot kicking a ball. That could be cool.

Another suggestion : As its a general football site, ditch Henry (and other players).
Use general football imagery - that way you wont alienate people who dont support those teams. (or at least find photos of players in England shirts )

Cheers for the heads up guys...

I've pressed on with the layout, http://www.4toscore.com/website/layout1.1.jpg - white single colour icon links in the top right...

What you think?

Good to see you taking on board peoples advice Accurate. Yet again you have made Gerrard look like some sort of mad scouse midget in one of your works. Do you hate him or something? Also looks like that horse guy is carrying your site home under his arm. Oh well...

No good indeed. I hope you know that 99% of the time it's illegal to use images you find through Google. You have to own the copyright.

If you can find some press released image you may be able to use that...

Its ok, all the images used so far are from royalty free websites...whenever I scan google I make sure there is a royalty free notice somewhere. Cheers for the warning though.

Does anyone have any comments on the design so far, improvements etc?
This is the idea the client wanted, so i have to go with it.. I'm just doing it to the best I can

Royalty free doesn't mean free, you still have to pay for them.
