So you need to convert CD Audio to MP3? What's the file extension? .cda? .wav? Are you ripping from CD to MP3? Try Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, Winamp, or the thousand other pieces of software that rip CDs... If you have a file that needs conversion, there's a thousand pieces of software that do that, too. Try Konverter v3.46.3 Also, make sure you have a copyright license to the song you want to use. Wouldn't want to get sued. Last edited by pgo : 08-11-2005 at 02:46. |

i had to do that recently grafik, with tunes I had imported or bought with iTunes. There were quite a few so instead of messing with audio editors I changed iTunes import preferences to mp3, burnt the tunes I wanted and imported them again. Hardly elegant but didn't take long, just changed my preferences back afterwards and said nothing. Apart from now |

The MP in MP4 stands for mpeg -which stands for Moving Picture Experts Group, the name of family of standards used for coding audio-visual information (e.g., movies, video, music) in a digital compressed format. MP4 is a video format M4A is audio and the succesor of MP3. Quicktime will play MP4, http://www.mpeg.org/MPEG/index.html |

Quicktime on MacOS. Windows Media Player on Windows. I prefer Media Player Classic - open source player that supports almost all media types - it'll play DVD, CD, MP3, OGG, AVI, MPG, Windows Media filetypes (wma, asf, wmv, etc), Quicktime, RealPlayer, etc, etc (if you have the codecs installed). Just Google it, I'm lazy. |
