Hi all,

please can somebody help me.
Im running a fantasy football league at work using excel and getting fed up continually updating scores all the time as im just copying them from the paper.
I am wondering if there is any way importing the required info from a website into an excel spreadsheet?
I have tried import external data and as far as i know im doing everything right but no data is appearing on the ecel sheet, can anybody help?
I want to take the data from the sun fantasy football site (www.dreamteamfc.com)and enter it into my own spreadsheet, any help would be greatly appreciated.
