cheers finbarr, found a different problem tho, just made the form padding and margin 0px as it was nudging everything out

I take it you mean you found a different solution? The links were only to point out problems associated with tight layouts. Outlining block elements in FF showed that yours had very little (if any) space.

Nice looking site tho

Looks almost the same to me in IE 6 (SP2) compared to FF 1.0.4 - except the right margin of the 'Join Our Chapter' form div and the height of the bottom purple footer strip. Where exactly are you out? If it's the right margin of the form you could be seeing the infamous IE doubled margin bug.
