It's for a 3D visual and my client doesn't have the logo and neither does their client. Had to send it without in the end. It'll no doubt come back for amends anyway

Had a look around but couldn't find their store logo.
You could try downloading one of their annual reports in PDF format and ripping the logo from there?

Failing that, couldn't you download the logo from their website and trace it in vector format? Would save some time - and they'll probably appreciate the extra effort.

Like I said, to save yourself some time just trace the logo from their website - 5 minute job!
