I am useless at forms. can anyone suggest a decent site that helps with them. Also is there a way of sending form datat to an email address without using mailto i have looked in loads of books and they all use mailto

I can give you one that I have, all you do is change the questions and label then stick your name in the php file.

Example of it is here...
