I am working on a site for my band, and I want to have the site set up somewhat like Disturbed's site is...http://www.disturbed1.com/...the thing I am trying to figure out is how to set up the little frame in the middle of the site! I have drawn out the whole site, and I have a background image for the frame or whatever it is in the middle, but I honestly have no clue what it is and how to set it up. I want the image for the background to complete the image in the background of the site, which the picture is apporximately 475 h x 300 w. If anyone can help me figure this out, I would be most grateful.

Well, Disturbed's site is made with Flash.

The whole site isn't flash I don't believe. The frame with the news and stuff is something else. Anyways, thats just what I'm trying to figure out how to do...not the flash part. I have a whole background image that is 750w x 800h, and I need to insert some sort of frame or something and put the bg image I made for that frame to complete the whole image. I honestly thought it might be an iFrame, but I have no clue how to set up the site to use that.

That frame may be taken from an XML document for easy update, but it's flash.
