If I want to put a newsletter signup on a site and have the email address sent through to my email address whats the best way to do it without using mailto. I am not a great coder I am a designer so the simplest easiest way without opening the users email client.

Get yourself a simple PHP script and a form. It's easy as piss.

Or, get a mailing list application. I'm sure others could recommend some good ones. And I know there's threads out there.
