I have just bought a brand new 19inch TFT.... Its not the most expensive one, but, the colours are not right... reds on other monitors are a slight pink on this one... it seems a bit off "true colour"...what can I do to correct it? decent web hosting - www.balue.com

If you've got Photoshop installed, the Adobe Gamma program does a good job of balancing out the screen colours on TFTs. The Adobe knowledgebase article on using Adobe Gamma is here; http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/321608.html And a useful article on monitor calibration and Gamma can be found here; http://www.normankoren.com/makingfineprints1A.html Hope this helps. |
