I'm looking for something along the lines of cutenews. The host doesn't support mysql, i think it supports perl, but i've had problems with that as well. I can almost get cutenews to work, but it won't edit news, i think due to the version of php. So is there anything close to cutenews, works on php, and has multiple templates? (I've already tried ajfork, and about 7 other pieces of crap.

knowing the version of php you're running would help.

Are you sure it's down to the php?

it's version 4.3.8. and no, i'm not sure it's the php, i guess i just assume it is.
