Decent office chairs for 100 quid?

Can anyone recommend any good office chairs for around 100 quid? I want something that's comfy and has an adjustable back, that'll make you sit proper and not make you crippled. Anyone got any recommendations?

Oh and also, thinking of going from a 20" to a 24" monitor, is that gonna be a good step up?

You get what you pay for, really.

Consider an inflatable exercise ball. I use one at home - both for exercises for my fucked up back and for sitting at the computer. They force you to use good posture. And they're cheap - decent ones are in the $40-50 range.

I guess you can't put a price on health, I know the last thing I want to have to deal with is back problems. Don't think I could manage with the exercise ball though, i'd like something adjustable so I can relax in it, but also be able to have the anti-slouch setting forcing my back into the upright position.

I have this one, it's great:
IKEA | Work chairs | Office approved chairs | VERKSAM | Swivel chair

£155 in cloth, £200 in leather, but worth every penny. It adjusts in ways you wouldn't think a chair could. Takes about a week of fine tuning to get right, but once it's right it's puuurfect. I'm considering buying one out of my own cash for work too.
