I buy from Crucial UK.
www.crucial.com/uk

There can't be many selling good quality, reliable ram cheaper than them.

I'd be a bit shy about buying from ebay.
I feel that 'established' online shops feel more legit and more accountable in the event that something goes pete tong.
(nothing has ever gone wrong with ram I've bought from crucial)

cheers bill, bookmark added. £20 for 64mb - not bad. however ebay is worth a gamble for under a tenner - i'll see what happens.
