can anyone recommend me good companies which build good pc's eg build good componets together.
(ps i dont want a mac)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my Voodoo PC. Awesome company...great people...great product:

Their new laptops are incredible, and I want one. The desktop I bought 1 year ago is still a monster (P4 2.4 GHZ and a gig of RAM -- still all I need at the moment). Lifetime upgrades at COST, too...so factor that in when you think about the price.

And, if you listen closely by turning "flash on" (top right corner) on one of the pages -- I forget the exact one, you'll hear my recorded testimonial.

PS - I DON'T work for them. It's just one of the best experiences I've had as a consumer. The person who helped me customize my PC actually helped me spend less and ended up saving me about $1,000 when customizing it to suit -- Photoshop CS, The Beaver, etc. -- the applications I use most.
