bollocks.

my laptop screen is starting to look very dodgy .... i thought it was poor gif transparency on a few websites (white, pixely borders around stuff) but now its also showing like that in photoshop too ....

is it on its way out ??

anyone know what this might mean ??
... could be time to spend a few quid .... i fear ...

can old dell laptop screens be fixed on the cheap ??

Have you been using it to view a lot of porn?
That can make your eyes go funny.

If you want to replace the screen get a part number and I will try and track one down.
Not promising much, don't like selling second hand TFTs cause they are all expendable.
Also used screens tend to be expensive as once they have been stripped from a system the remainder has little value.
Tend to be looking about £150 perhaps.

Maybe it is time to upgrade, or see an optician?
