My iPod (photo, 20Gb) seems to have died. Have tried charging it, have tried running it down, either way, absolutely nothing is appearing on the screen. Anyone else come across this or is it all fbar? |

It may not be fubar. If you've had it for a while and you use it a lot, it may be time for a new battery. They don't last forever. There was a big to do about this on the web not long ago, but I think they can be replaced for under $100. Links you may want to check out are in this thread. Good luck. Let us know if you bin it or replace the battery. fun: HGC v.4 | last.fm: DT | me | oi! f*ck u roto: ...via meebo!

Hmmm, all very odd, I left it unplugged for a day or two and finally (after some button pushing) a very small low battery symbol appeared, I plugged it back in and the normal low battery sign apeared and after a few moments it became the usual little white plastic lump of joy it originally was. Cheers for your suggestions though people, perhaps I really should rtfm as they say. |
