I was waiting for someone to say that, I suppose it is as functional as any other site really but The whole site needs to be loaded for the first page, updateability has been compromised as adding extra pages/content means altering the js coding, the movement is a bit clunky and serves no real navigational purpose.

I like it, you see similar things to this done in flash. At least this one's html and works without javascript enabled.
One page sites are great.
