Shrink your browser and go to the Approach page. There is a fuck of a lot wrong with that site.

That's more the current fashion than the dictionary definition of good design, but unusually for a fad, this one also happens to result in fairly good graphic communication.

I spent some time looking through this thread yesterday and realized a screen shot is a good idea. Coming back later it's interesting to see if the site is still what the original poster thought was nice.
