I like the work of Nick Jones. The flash can be quite annoying, but I think it works reasonably well on this site.

love the narrowdesign site! Wish I knew how to do that! As a print designer - with limited knowledge of web design - I find these sites to be very inspiring which in turn leads me to be very envious!

TED is great, the interaction design patterns that are used there work out great. And well yeah... the content of TED is unbelievable!

designing are superb. theme is also good.
