Hello, I'm looking to start doing some stationary design and I'm gathering reference material to study at the moment. Don't suppose anyone has some good examples of business card/letterhead/flyer/etc. design to hand?

Stationery, with an E for Envelope.

Just google for stationery design and check out what's on offer.
