I wouldn't mind if 0.0001% of my tax would go towards a massive rubber duck.

But its true, the UK is full of opinionated twats with too much time on their hands who kick up a fuss about public spending.

Like if a new sculpture gets built, everyone goes on about how many new hospital beds could have been made, or how many potholes could have been repaired for the money.
