We're running a few more questions which will narrow down the info we need each week on the aovh site. This current thread is an open question so there won't be a yes or no answer, The question we posted before ..."We have a pile of Design Weeks still in their cellophane, have you?" was a yes/no answer but we got a lot of interesting feedback after it was posted on other design sites. |

Your question has nothing to do with design magazines so I think your research is lacking strategy. But if it helps, selling only 50 copies of one issue wouldn't qualify for cult status imo. "I am better than you think I am but not as good as I think I am."

We'll have more questions related to design mags and design issues on the way once we've got enough replies out of this one. How many issues would you publish for it to achieve cult status? Some mags have achieved cult status through publishing a limited number of copies and some just one-offs. Theres even a mag out there which is in standard magazine format but its just a slab of wood?! |
