I wanted to know how this graphic was made... please help me guys:

to me the white curves look like it could be done by vectors then imported to photoshop and added the following blending options
-gradient
-outerglow
-some kind of pattern overlay

don't copy effects - experiment and 'invent' your own

I'm not trying to copy. Just trying to learn the technique so I can make other stuff with it - how else can you get better?
