has anyone had trouble with the ruler tool in photoshop cs3? the measurements seem meaningless when i translate that to css

check the preferences i guess.. you could have the rulers set in points, inches or mm... rather than pixel.

or you could be working at the wrong resolution.. so when you save for web things go tits up.
